01 Payment & Deposits
All projects require a non-refundable 50% deposit upfront before any work begins. The remaining 50% is due before final files are delivered. No work starts without the deposit cleared.
02 No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of creative work and time invested, no refunds are offered under any circumstance once a project has started. This includes cancellations, changes of mind, or delays on the client’s side.
03 Client Responsibilities
You must provide clear instructions, references, and feedback on time. Delays in responses may delay the project timeline. You are responsible for approving final designs before delivery.
04 Project Scope
Only work explicitly agreed upon is included. Any extra requests outside the original scope will require a new quote.
05 Ownership & Usage Rights
Full rights to the final design transfer only after the full payment is received. Until then, all work remains my intellectual property.
06 Communication & Conduct
Respectful and professional communication is required at all times. Harassment, pressure tactics, or abuse will result in immediate termination of the project with no refund.
07 Delivery
Final files are delivered after full payment. Skaaerz is not responsible for third-party issues.
08 Termination
Skaaerz reserves the right to cancel the project if the terms are violated. In such cases, the deposit remains non-refundable.
